- Baby Care – how well do you know how to take care of a baby?
- Nursery Rhymes – Guess the famous nursery rhyme
- Books – Excerpts from favorite children’s books
- Pregnancy – all about pregnancy!
- Baby Movies – Movies that have the word “baby” in them
If you want different questions and answers or categories, you can easily edit the Google template above! Don’t feel like you have to stick with what we came up with if you have something that would fit your baby shower better.
How to play Baby Shower Jeopardy
Have one person who keeps score- this is the only person who sees questions and answers.
You can either have up to five contestants or break guests up into teams- pick whatever works best for your group!
Baby Shower Jeopardy is the same as regular jeopardy. Therefore, answers must be given as a question.
Whoever’s turn it is chooses a category and which dollar amount they’d like.
Decide which team will go first. That team picks a category and price.
The scorekeeper then reads the corresponding question and gives the team one minute to answer.
If the team\person answers correctly, they get whatever amount that corresponds to their answer.
If they can’t answer, or answer incorrectly, let the other team answer. If the other team cannot answer the question, no points will be given.
Then, the other team now has a turn at picking the category and number amount.
Continue this process until all have been answered.
Once that has happened it is time for Final Jeopardy.
The scorekeepers announce the question and each team will get one minute to think of their answer and write down their “wager”- how much of their prize money they are willing to be that they will answer correctly.
Whoever ends up with most points wins!
It would be fun to have a prize for the winning team.
You could do something big or small!
