This is a great Easter dessert recipe - easy pudding cups!

These Easter pudding cups featuring Super Snack Pack Pudding, bunnies, and chocolate eggs can be put together in a SNAP and are sure to be a hit this Easter!
One of my favorite recipes is dirt and worms, even though it’s somewhat seasonal. My mom always made it at Halloween when I was growing up, and it was so delicious. Really, anything with pudding or pudding cup is delicious.

The other day, we had the missionaries from our church come over for dinner. We always like to prepare something a little different for them, because I’m sure they get countless casseroles, enchiladas, and tacos. Forrest made dinner that night, but I made a yummy Easter-themed desert. Even though Easter is still about a month a way, I thought they would enjoy it. It was a very easy to make dessert, and I couldn’t wait to show it off.

Jack helped me make these little bunny pudding cups, and we had so much fun. He loved crunching up all the crackers and mixing the pudding up. He especially loved when I let him lick the lids of the pudding cups!

easter-pudding-cups (3 of 16) These take less than 10 minutes to throw together, and they are super tasty! Here’s what you need:

Ingredients:

5 containers of Super Snack Pack Pudding (I used two chocolate and two vanilla – get a coupon here)
About 25  mini Nilla Waffers (or 15 regular sized ones)
Green food coloring
6 sheets of chocolate Honey Graham Crackers
Bunny Marshmallow-like Candy
Chocolate Eggs

Makes:
I found that it makes one less cup than pudding cup I used – so I put five pudding cups in the bowl, but it only filled up four.

Instructions:

Pour pudding cups into a large bowl – mix together if using different flavors.

Stick a bunny and two chocolate eggs in top. Enjoy!

Be sure to get the Super Snack Packs for this! If you get the smaller ones, you’ll need more 🙂IMG_0756
