The Best LDS Gift Ideas – for children, adults, and beyond

The Best Gift Ideas for LDS People

It can be hard to find the perfect gift for the ones we love. When choosing a gift I typically think about what they like to do, how they enjoy spending their time and basically try and find a gift that they would love!

But it can still be difficult!

When it comes to someone who is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints there are tons of Christian gift options available.

Today I have rounded up some of my favorite LDS centered gifts for all ages. Hopefully you will find a gift below that is perfect for your LDS friend or family member.

Mormon Christmas Gifts

Our Picnic Tree Scriptural Builder Sets

We were sent these adorable sets last year, and they are so fun. Jack LOVES to build with these types of blocks, and it was fun for him to get the Nativity and Nephi and the Broken Bow Set. You can get 25% off your entire order with the code STACKERS25 at checkout.

Mormon Mom Planner

Admittedly, I’m not very good at using a paper planner, but I do really like my “Mormon Mom planner“. This company creates planners specifically for LDS women, but they also offer ones that are non-denominational.

I really do love the LDS-based one though. It is so much more than a planner, and I think any women would love it.

The Tie Bar

Give someone you love the gift of a subscription tie box or shop their vast collection of ties, socks, cuff links, shirts and more!

Love Kennedy

This is such a good movie to watch as a family. The description from Amazon goes as follows: Kennedy Hansen is a 15-year-old girl with three goals: drive a car, date boys, and be a cheerleader. Even though she contracts a terrible disease, Kennedy is able to triumph over her obstacles and make her dreams come true.

Everyone who has seen this movie raves about it! Even the storyline is sad there is so much hope and goodness in it as well.

Book of Mormon Family Study Guide

I have been trying to find new ways to study the scriptures, especially with my family. I was really excited when I saw this family study guide – it looks SO wonderful, and I actually have one coming to me in the mail. I think any family would appreciate this.

VidAngel Subscription

If you know someone who loves to watch movies and TV shows on streaming services like Netflix and Amazon Prime, this suggestion is a no-brainer.

If you don’t know what VidAngel is, it’s a filtering service that always you to remove filth from the shows you stream. It’s a monthly subscription, and it works with existing Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts. You can sign up for a subscription here.

If you haven’t heard Nashville Tribute, you are seriously missing out. They’ve released quite a few albums now, and we love all of them. I think my favorites are “Joseph” and the Christmas CD, but here are the other ones available:

LDS  Quiet Books

A perfect gift for any toddler! Bring it to Sacrament Meeting, in the car, or use as a quiet Sunday activity. There are also make quiet book patterns available for anyone who is crafty.

Who’s Your Hero? Books

We absolutely LOVE these books. They make the Book of Mormon a little easier to understand for small children. Jack has been read them many times, and I honestly think he might know the scripture stories better than I do.

Pocket Size Hymn Book

I love having my own hymn book. There is something nostalgic about being able to open it up and use an actual book rather than my mobile device. I bet you’ll find that others feel the same way, too and would enjoy their own hymn book to keep in their church bag.

Ites Books

These are available for the Book of Mormon and the Bible. Each page features a different figure from these books, and they give a description of who they are, what they did, and what their importance was. There is also a family home evening lesson for each page. They are a wonderful resource for adults and children alike.

Pocket Size Primary Hymn Book

This is the official songbook for Primary. It is great for Church and home use.
