Katie is a stay-at-home mother to two wonderful (and hungry!) boys. She has always had a passion for cooking - ever since she was young. When she went away to college, her mom said she didn't know what to do because Katie had made dinner every night! Katie has a degree in print journalism from Brigham Young University, and she runs Clarks Condensed with her husband, Forrest. She loves helping others learn how to love being in the kitchen as well!
