What brand of canned enchilada sauce did you use? I find taste varies greatly by brand.

This is a great recipe. I substituted masa in place of flour which was really good and added a hint of fat free cream cheese. Coconut milk gave excellent flavor.

Hi, I’m a little confused about when to add the enchilada sauces. Step 1 and step 3 say to add both enchilada sauces, can you clarify?
