You used to have a white sauce linked to this recipe. Do you still have the recipe for the OLD taco bell sauce they used on these tacos? I prefer that one. Thanks!

Your time has truly come! I can’t thank you enough for creating this recipe! August 13, 2020 Taco Bell will no longer serve any potato products with the possible exception of nacho fries. 2020 sucks but your forethought is invaluable!

The potatoes are wonderful! (I used 2 small russet potatoes)
However, the sauce is ok. I’m not really a big sour cream fan though… if you are and you’re reading this, then you’ll love it!
It’s not exactly like Taco Bell, but it’s way healthier and will kick that craving for ya!
Definitely will be making again.

Ok, so i love this recipe because it was so simple, but next time I make it I’m definitely going to add salt. The way I ate it I made 2 tacos using soft tortillas, avocado, lettuce, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream, and salsa, and it was soo delicious and filling.
Will definitely make again. I’m glad i found this recipe. Thank you!!

*If you make this recipe I highly recommend you add salt to it, because how the potatoes tasted without it wasn’t so good(bland) in my opinion(by themselves; delicious in a taco w/ other ingredients.)
