I used frozen sweet potatoe fries instead of fresh sweet potatoes. Sure made things go much faster.
Also tasted very good. Try when you don’t have a lot of time.

In reply to Stacey. You sure can! Lots of people have had great success with it. I personally haven't reheated, but a lot of people say they cut it into slices and then just pipe it into the microwave!
