A spoon!!! Seriously, how have I not known that? I always do the thing where you turn it inside out. Yeah it looks cool, but trying to slice it off the skin always drives me bonkers and I leave half of it behind. A spoon. So simple. Thanks for enlightening me, ha!

I love mangoes in recipes and I like eating them because I just love the taste. I did not know how to cut a mango, and you show here how to do that. I like your Mango Salsa, and I am going to make it!!
