I usually make stovetop popcorn, but hate dirtying and cleaning the pot. I’m definitely going to try this.

I am skeptical about the staples though. Since you can’t put metal in microwaves, won’t the staples spark a reaction? Even having some foil paper or leftover label pieces can cause problems sometimes.

Thank you for posting this (and btw, you sure don’t look like you should be worried about dieting!! ).

Doing a cleanse is the worst! I think you made the right choice on skipping it before you barfed or passed out. Keep up the good work!

I always buy kernels instead of bagged popcorn. I have been doing it on the stove for a while now. This would be so much easier, and my son would probably get to enjoy popcorn more often.

Congrats on seeing some success at the gym, Katie! I’m so glad you listened to your body and stopped the cleanse, though. Those side effects you had are nothing to mess around with!
