I’m pregnant with my first one and I had no idea bloating could be this bad. I’m only 4 weeks and feeling 3 months. After reading this I went on a bike with w my husband and the next day my bloating is so much better! I’ve been drinking extra water because it helps my dizziness. Unsure if everyone has that problem. But if I’m dehydrated I get a bad headaches and dizziness.
