One Pot Bacon Three Cheese Penne Pasta

Ingredients

  • 3/4 box penne pasta
  • 4 cups almond milk regular milk works, too.
  • 5 slices bacon crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup bread crumbs see sourdough breadcrumb recipe below
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Add pasta and milk to a pot or deep skillet.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add cheeses and stir until it starts to thicken.
  4. Add salt and pepper and garlic powder to taste.
  5. Mix in bacon.
  6. Cover with bread crumbs.
  7. Place under a broil in the oven for five minutes.
