Hello there Katie. I am so glad I found this blog….I am still actually in the process of reading the whole thing. I got to the part of buying in Bulk from Zaycon. I too was a BIG fan of this service. I bought tons of meat and chicken from them. But, unfortunately as you probably know but your readers may not, Zaycon has gone out of business last year. I was shocked and totally disappointed! But nonetheless, we need to find another website or service to buy from. Have you found anything that compares to Zaycon?

I have had my IP for approx 2 years and it was in the box for 1.5 years before I tried it. My husband likes gadgets. I have tried some recipes and am slowing getting the gumption to use it more. But my saute is too hot and I can not adjust it. My husband also tried just in case I was blind. Is it due to that its an older model.

In reply to Linda. Hmm, do you have an Instant Pot? If so, what version? It should automatically start releasing the pressure once it goes to Lo. I don't think it just goes to keep it warm, but I'd be happy to look into this more for you!

In reply to Katie. Mine automatically goes to Lo once cooking time has completed..should I press the off/clear button so it can cool down and release pressure naturally? I was afraid the Lo setting would keep it warm and not release heat and pressure. Does that make sense? Lol

Hi, I just bought a 6 Quart DUO and a LUX 8 Quart Instant Pot. I want to give her one but I am not sure which one to give her. She cooks more exotic foods than me, I just cook basic very simple recipes. If I keep the Lux so she can make yogurt in the DUO, can I still make chili and chicken in the Lux?
