This is such a great introduction to many techniques! I would love an Ava bracelet.

WomanLog is an easy tracking app with a free version. I currently use this as part of the natural family planning method for contraception (but will switch over when the time is right 🙂 )

If you are using this method for contraception/to avoid pregnancy, make sure you back up your “I could get pregnant” phase starting 7-9 before ovulation and then 24+ hours after ovulation- depending on how certain you want to be.

This is such a great post! We haven’t had issues conceiving, but if we ever do, I might look into some of these. Our strategy is just to have lots of sex, ideally every day, for about a week when it should be peak fertility time. ha ha ha. Sorry for the TMI.

This sounds awesome! It took us 15 months to get pregnant with Little J and we did almost all of those things. The Ava bracelet would have been great!
