This is where I needed to go a couple of weeks ago! All of what you said are bang on. My two cents, For moms, don’t be too worried about the breasfeeding. My wife was SO worried about it but it takes a while for milk to drop. And really, babies don’t know how to suckle, so add that to your anticipated frustrations.
Supplement feeding by formula. This worked for us and helped me (the dad) to take over so that the mom can actually sleep. We did this after a week of crying constantly at 6:30 pm to 3 A.M interrupted by 10 minutes of sleep.
