I&#039;m not sure! I guess it just doesn&#039;t bleed through. Rotel is pretty commonly used in dips, and I&#039;ve never seen it turn the dip red. So I would imagine it&#039;s how it&#039;s prepared? Fresh rotel may be different.]]></description>
