I’m not sure! I guess it just doesn’t bleed through. Rotel is pretty commonly used in dips, and I’ve never seen it turn the dip red. So I would imagine it’s how it’s prepared? Fresh rotel may be different.

I do have a question about the w Blanco dip. The last ingredient listed is 1 small can rotel with grmeen chilies. Since the rotel is a tomato why does the dip not turn pink or red?
