In reply to <a href="https://www.clarkscondensed.com/hatch-baby-changing-pad-review-and-discount-code/#comment-162788">Jason</a>.

Hi Jason! Thanks for letting us know your thoughts. I always appreciate hearing how other's experiences were. I'm sorry that it didn't work for you! I did similar tests with hand weights, and it always weighed right on. One time we started having variable weights like you, but it was because the scale was touching the wall. I'm sure you didn't have it touching the wall and on a level surface, but that's something that can cause variables. All of our weights (even when done one after another) are always the same, and the weighed feedings are comparable to what we did with a lactation consultant. With that said, I'm sorry yours didn't work how you wanted it to. I stand behind my review of it :) Hope you can find a scale that works better for your family (if you decide you need one.)

We could not disagree more. We paid $300 for this scale and over the first three days have nothing but faulty readings. We actually took household objects and would weigh them and STILL could never get a reliable weight. Example: a 3lb dumbell weighed 2lb 15oz, 3lb 5oz, and 3lb 3oz on three consecutive weights. The same exact object.
Our daughter weighed, within 30 seconds of repeat weighings, 6lb 10oz, 7lb 3oz, and 6lb 15oz....so which is it? Who knows?
Happily boxing this back up and sending it back.
If you want to kinda-sorta know what your baby weighs, this is an ok product. If you want to know, by ounce, what your baby is eating or peeing or simply weighing, this is NOT a reliable product.
