I use my cricut for many things. Yes vinyl once in awhile, cardstock all day long, I cut thick felt eyes to put on knit items, it even cuts fabric. I’ve used the engraving blade on acrylic keychains with zero issues, and that blade can be used on aluminum keychains, dog tags, etc. I’ll give you that they’re not ultra thick like the glowforge makes, but people don’t carry 8″ thick keychains often or put 2′ thick wood eyes on their knit PokeBall or giraffe. I know a guy with one and it’s not as diverse as you make seem.
