Hello,
If I’m making them the night before and therefore cooking them for 45 mins do I cook them for the remaining 15 mins the next day to heat them up?

In reply to Jill. I usually have them be frozen, just because I forget to take them out. However, you could defrost them a little bit. I think the cook time would be the same if you doubled it :)

Do the potatoes start as frozen and go straight in the oven while still frozen? Also, if I doubled the recipe do you think it would be the same cook time? We have about 18 people to feed. Thanks!

In our house there called Company Potato Casserole. Oh never added chicken monterey jack cheese. Usually it’s cheddar.
