Blue Cheese Ball Recipe

Hi everyone.  Amber from Rick•a•bam•boo again.  Today I’m going to share with you one of my family’s favorite party foods.  Every holiday season we like to enjoy a blue cheese ball.  Or two.  Or three.  We basically have them for any party or family get together for the holiday season, whether that be Thanksgiving, Christmas, or the New Year.

This appetizer is simple to make.  It makes a great thing to get kids to help with.  I like to use a spoon to mix the ingredients but kids will love squishing it all with their hands.

Olive, blue cheese, and chive amounts are just suggestions.  We usually add more of each.  We like our cheese ball loaded.  We have also talked about how delicious this would be with little pieces of crispy bacon, but we have yet to try it that way.

My sister is a HUGE blue cheese fan so you really have to watch her.  She will sit there with it and eat almost the whole cheese ball by herself if we let her. If your family is a fan of blue cheese this is something you will definitely want to add to your next party.
