When I had my first I was alone so I did not think much of it when they asked me if the father would be joining me so they could make sure his meals where brought up. I thought it was common. It was not till this pregnancy where I’m actually researching that I found out this is uncommon. I will be using a different hospital this time as moved about three hours away when I got married but now I’m really wondering if this hospital will really be different we go for our tour next month so we will see.

I fully plan on using warm water to loosen my tight muscles.
