					<description><![CDATA[I love that your approach to nighttime sleep is by building great sleep associations rather than cry it out methods. I&#039;m far from being against CIO but I think sometimes its used as an ineffective, last ditch attempt when the problem is that the baby just doesn&#039;t have good sleep associations.  Or, like your Jack, there&#039;s an underlying issue like GERD that needs to be addressed first.
