Thank you Joy! I’m glad you think it looks yummy 🙂 I wasn’t sure how everything was going to work together, but I was pleased with the outcome. I absolutely loved the addition of the multigrain bread as well. Oddly enough, I don’t think I’ve ever had stuffing with cornbread!

I love stuffing, and this looks like a wonderful new way to fix it! I’m a big fan of all the ingredients you used, so it would have to be delicious. I’ve never used anything but cornbread in my stuffing, but the multigrain bread sounds like it would be hearty, and a great compliment to the sausage and mushrooms. 🙂
