Like others, I realized too late that I never actually added the pancetta (I had to use prosciutto, because my store didn’t have it) because it’s never mentioned in the preparation part of the recipe.

Breaking up the spaghetti, or cutting prior to adding cheese, or whatever you did, would also be helpful as a suggestion in the recipe. I used 16oz as the recipe stated and it is way too much for the single deep dish pie. Maybe it sits in better when it’s cut up first?

I did enjoy the dish itself, but the recipe is not quite what it should be.
