In the recipe for the filling, there is 8 ounces of tomato sauce, but I can’t see where you add that. Is it mixed in with the meat?

I apologize, I should have made that more clear. The red wine is in the Olive Garden Bolognese recipe – I have linked to that in the recipe (it’s their recipe, so I didn’t put it on my site :). And I think it would work beautifully in giant shells!
